Wet, winter weather

It has been a dreadful day, weather wise, but unfortunately, Adam had to venture out albeit briefly. Driving along the Petone foreshore, stopped and took a picture of the bleak weather conditions this morning – no wonder the ferries were not going out.

Wrapped up well and will have a hot toddy tonight.

UPDATE: Poneke in this post has a different view, understandable, I often feel like that when the weather is bad, but not today.
