A message to the National Party
What a wonderful foreign affairs minister Winston Peters has turned out to be. More recently, he has “stolen” from the taxpayers and given the money to supposed, unidentified charities.
A parliamentary colleague has summed him up – as have hundreds of thousands of other New Zealanders – as a “tired old drunk”.
But the icing on the cake has to be his latest statement – “Print one thing wrong, sunshine, and I will sue you” (July 5-6).
National should shut the door on this bloke. We do not deserve his presence anywhere near the political framework of our country.
