A change of pace.

Many regular readers know of my love of various musical forms.

Today my post is on Richard Thompson’s Beeswing. This song to Adam’s mind is a lyrical and evocative song about young love, remembered through the mists of time with fondness, but also a degree of regret for perhaps the immaturity of the players.

I had not come across this song until I purchased a collection of British folk music some 4 or 5 years ago. It has become one of my favourite songs.

Enjoy, and let me know your thoughts.

This is my Classic Song Number 8 – Beeswing
