Tumeke’s July NZ Blogosphere rankings
Tim Selwyn at Tumeke has released the July rankings for the NZ blogosphere, or at least the Top 20.
Adam is delighted to see that he has maintained a placing at number 12, the same as for June 2008. Adam thanks all those who read and comment at his blog for their support.
As Tim Selwyn notes a number of ‘blue blogs’ have risen whilst ‘red blogs’ have fallen.
He comments that this may reflect an increase/change in content which in turn has driven traffic.
Noting the blogs that have risen, Adam would suggest that blogs such as Keeping Stock and Homepaddock come from the stable of reasoned argument and not from the stable of slavish adherence to a party line. Further, the increasing proximity of the election may have caused an excellent blog like The Visible Hand to have lost places as readers focus on the election.
Thanks again to Tim Selwyn for putting in the effort to produce and publish the rankings.

Congratulations, Adam.
Your quote and cartoon of the day are must-reads every morning; you cover a wide range of subjects not found on other blogs and your posts are always well reasoned, thoughtful and clearly expressed.
