All went well. Lamb shanks were great.

Although Adam under estimated the cooking time.

Flavour really good,

    I am interested in this cooking of lamb shanks on the BBQ.

    In my experience, the meat is tough and requires slow cooking over several hours which is why I normally cook them in a casserole dish.

    Was the meat tender and how long did you cook them for?
