A slightly different music item. This is Redgum’s ‘I Was Only 19″.

Adam has an indelible memory of visiting one of the Commonwealth War Grave cemeteries outside Calais many years ago. Row upon row of headstones, with so many of the dead who were between 18 and 25.

    I remember that song well.

    Great lines; throughout; the Channel 7 chopper bit is brilliant.

    Redgum. Brilliant. Surprised so few seem to know them, or remember them.

    Crap politics, but the music was brilliant.
