Thats fine, and I wouldn’t expect any less from Greens,but what is the point if the road infrastructure isn’t up to scratch and you just spend the time stuck in traffic? The combination of 60% tunnel as well as roading proves she and the government are pragmatic and realistic about the current economic situation.
The tunnel was never budgeted for under Labour and they’ve had nine years to deal with the situation.
