Saturday Night Supper – TexMex Chili

For a change this Saturday we had a beef chili. Decided though that we would look for a different recipe. Found one called TexMex Chili – Authentic San Antonio Style.

Cannot judge the authenticity, but it came out just great.

One difference being you do not include beans or tomatoes in with the meat.

Had a great zing and good aftertaste.

We had kidney beans on the side, sour cream, grated cheese; plus some raw tomato and some chunks of celery stalk. All accompanied by corn chips.
