Adam will not be re-litigating the Bain case as some in the media seem to wish to do.

In fact he will keep his blog free of conjecture on Bain.

One fact Adam will note though, the Privy Council found that the original conviction was unsafe. That suggests to Adam that there were significant flaws in the case as mounted 13+ years ago.

Adam will be commenting on some aspects of the media coverage especially some of the drivel that passes for reporting.

Now that the Bain case is finished, it would be desirable that attention be given to rectifying the judicial travesty that was the conviction of Peter Ellis. In addition, Adam considers the conviction of Scott Watson for the Sounds murders should be looked at again as well.
