Supremes back off Chrysler

From the WSJ an article on the Supreme Court backing away from hearing an appeal from Indiana State pension funds in respect of their treatment in the Chrysler deal.

Adam wonders whether the Court would have acted differently if the amounts involved and the impact on the funds had been much more significant. The Court did note the decision made was in respect of the Chrysler deal alone. Yet this still seems to allow for established practice and law to be overridden by political diktat.
