a reported comment by Alistair Rowe, CEO Restaurant Association of NZ as quoted by NZ Herald.
Mr Rowe is also reported as saying that Immigration and WINZ demonstrate a
“fundamental lack of understanding of the industry”
and
“All chefs are not the same – Indian, Thai, Chinese, Turkish, Italian cuisines are all different, and the subtleties that make for excellent indigenous cuisine cannot be gleaned from reading a recipe,”
