Adam’s Wally of the Week #2

August 1, 2009

Last week Adam introduced this award.

To make sure that he is not influenced by Tracy Watkins Dominion Post column to be published in the Dominion Post today, Adam is writing his nomination on Friday night at 20:30 hours and then time releasing the post. This is also why the post will be released at 04:30 a.m. before the column is on line.

So who is the winner this week. We have a number to choose from, Charles Chauvel sprang immediately to mind with his huffing and puffing about Paula Bennett, but yet again the Labour Party chose to promote a ‘victim’ who was not seen as such by the general populace.

Thus proving, yet again how out of touch they are.

Well until late in the week Chauvel and the Comrades were front runners, but at the last minute a new contender roared into sight and totally outshone everyone else.

So ‘roll of drums’ and our ‘winner‘ is Sir Roger Douglas.

Sir Roger Douglas

Sir Roger Douglas

Douglas’s attitude over his travel costs and raised digit approach was outrageous. The fact that he presumes to lecture everyone else and then takes as justification that he is entitled only reinforces in the minds of the left his demonic image. Further he said Helen Clark was entitled and would do the same, he is probably right but he invoked the iconic image of the GLNZ, thus compounding his ‘sin’ in the minds of the ‘Comrades’. He used the ‘e’ word. How stupid can you get.

Single handedly he gave the left a win this week, not on facts, but on perception. Perception, where it counts. The MSM aided and willingly abetted the generation of the negative perception

Rodney should be ruing the day he brought Roger back from the grave. He certainly should be querying Roger’s judgment.
