Fallow on emission costs smoke & mirrors

Having been somewhat pre-occupied with other matters, Adam had not got around to reading Brian Fallow’s article on Climate Change costs.

This piece is well worth reading as it tries to bring some light and understanding to the clouds of spin form all sides in respect to the various cost models etc being used.

Whilst Adam is not certain that Fallow succeeded on all counts, his article certainly assisted in affording a clearer understanding of some aspects of the issue.

Fallow’s exposition was commendably free of rhetoric and emotion and that made it readable for a start.
