Franks on Governance

It was with much interest that Adam read this most interesting post by lawyer Stephen Franks recently on governance issues.

Stephen recounts a recent presentation  which he attended, and the nature of some research findings, by Professor Andrew Kakabadse, Professor at Cranfield University School of Management.

This post is well worth a look. The good professor’s findings seem to suggest some of the current orthodoxy may be wrong.
