Lunch at Palms in Petone

For a second visit to Palms, a recent addition to the Jackson St melange of restaurants, in Petone. Palms styles itself as a Malaysian bistro and offers very pleasant food in a modern setting.

Today, my wife and I shared satay, roti with dips as starters, followed by Palms take on a Nasi Lemak with beef rendang, followed in Adam’s case with a lovely variation of Gula Melaka and in my wife’s case with an intriguing sweet variation a roti, with coconut ice cream.

Our second visit and most enjoyable.
