Adam’s Winner of the Week

Adam’s pick for Winner of the Week is Pete Hodgson. Hodgson has pursued Bill English doggedly over the housing allownace issue and although he has not got a scalp, English has been damaged and effectively admitted as much in deciding to payback more of his housing allowance. It is arguable that the pressure on English was unfair, but English failed to manage the issue adroitly and Hodgson through dogged determination managed to create a perception of wrongdoing in the public mind.
