Not only did they succeed in demonstrating incompetence, they compunded this by effectively signalling to the IRB that there was yet more money to be gouged from NZ in respect of this event, which is yet another expensive legacy of the Helen Clark regime.

Increasingly it appears that when John Key is not around; the dolts ,with a few exceptions, fail to engage brains.
