‘Sad & Desperate’ supported by colleagues

December 8, 2009

‘Sad & Desperate’ (aka Phil Goff) is ‘supported’ by colleagues.  Looks to Adam that all this noisy support of Phil by the comrades is to hide the sound of knives being sharpened.

Has anyone in the Labour Party been buying oilstones recently?

It seemed to Adam that Little by Little’s support for Sad& Desperate left considerable room for wriggle.

Is Shane holding a hangi?

    “Is Shane holding a hangi?”

Possibly, but I’ve heard that there have been a few fondue parties at Maryan Street’s place lately …

    Dad had an oil stone.
Blinded by the reflections off shiny knives up here in Auckland. In the distance I hear the faint sound of digging.

We used to call those stones `spit stones’. Don’t they spit on them anymore?
