Adam’s Hypocrite of the Week

Now this award is not given weekly, in fact Adam has previously awarded this gong only 3 times. Therefore, he was somewhat surprised to find that this week’s recipient is in fact receiving it for the SECOND time. Last time the ‘winner’ won for his speech in Masterton on race, and this week Sad & Desperate of Mount Roskill, for it is he, masquerading as Comrade Kim Il Goff has won for the breathtaking intellectual dishonesty of his speech in Hamilton and his attempting to ignore that the Labour regime from 199 to 2008 presided over unprecedented increases in senior management salaries in the public sector. In addition, given his earlier trade responsibilities, Kim Il Goff knows full well that if salary caps are implemented in the private sector as he asked companies to do in his speech that NZ would suffer greatly.

Therefore Phil Goff is the winner of Hypocrite of the Week and the first ‘winner’ of 2010.
