Talleyrand on the Labour Party
May 29, 2010
Talleyrand, a French statesman of the 18th and early 19th century, remarked apropos of the Bourbon Kings of France:-
“They have learned nothing and forgotten nothing.”
Yet in the light of Hodgson and his comrades attempted smear of John Key aided and abetted by their fellow travellers in the media, especially at TV3, we can see that in the current state of decline of the Labour Party they mirror the decline of the Bourbon Kings and hopefully like them they will pass into the mists of history.
