1 Down – How many to go? First ETS victim?

NZ Herald reports on a NZ business that will be moving off-shore because of the ETS according to the CEO.
Though why the ETS should cause this is not entirely clear, as it would seem the company could design here and manufacture off shore, as it appears it already does to a large extent.
Therefore, Adam has a sneaking feeling that the ETS provides a figleaf for a decision that may well have been made for other reasons.
