6. The  lack of quality mayoral candidates especially in Auckland

7 The prospect of Winston Peters returning to politics

8. The Hone Harawira

9. Incompetence, such as Dunedin building a stadium without turnstiles, scoreboard, kitchens and enough toilets

10 The excessive amount of time it takes to complete infrastructure projects such as the Wellington rail upgrade.
