WANTED for economic sabotage
This woman aided and abetted by a small group of so called actors and egged on by an Australian union leader, aptly named Simon Whipp has, it would appear succeeded in her aim of derailing the NZ film industry. She fronts a cult known as Actors Equity, which claims to be a union. In her campaign of destruction, she has been supported by the Council of Trade Unions.
Not content with that she is making the claim that she was abused at a Wellington restaurant and required police assistance.
This comment on the TV3 web-site, one of several all of which are consistent, tells a different story:-

21 Oct 2010 6:09p.m.Where is this information coming from?! I was there and what is being reported is such a fabrication its sickening. Ms Malcolm had barely a word spoken to her as the interest lay with Simon Whipp. He was asked questions by one camera man alone while the other people present remained quiet and civil. As for police escorts?? There were none. A couple patrolling the streets passed by about the time that we left Mr Whipp and co. alone and that was all.

21 Oct 2010 5:32p.m.This is NOT true!! Mr Simon Whipp of MEAA was having dinner with them both to discuss things. Questions were directed at Mr Whipp, and in no way did the police escort Robyn Malcolm to safety. STOP with the lies! we want to truth!! You’re adding fuel to the fire!
So Simon Whipp, Helen Kelly and Robyn Malcolm were all having dinner; no doubt celebrating their ‘success’
See Russell Brown on this debacle.
