Yet again in Christchurch we see play it by the book bureaucrats causing problems when disaster strikes.
Despite the fact that the Irish goverbment had announced the names of 2 dead Irish citizens, these names were not on the initial list of dead announced by NZ Police. Why not?
No doubt they will cite disaster protocols and need for absolute confirmation. yet if that is the case why did the Irish announce the names?
