Delighted to see you back, Adam. Don’t worry about Robert’s trees – either cut them down (logs are worth real money at the moment) or claim carbon credits from them.

He is a bit like that funny uncle who sits in a corner rambling inanely who then says soemthng that is truely remarkable.
Much has changed since you left Adam. There are trees now, obscuring people’s view of the wood. Loons run amok and nothing’s what it seems.
