A tribute to our men and women in Afghanistan

Upset by the news of death to NZ troops and others Adam sought a way to, in some small sense, sum up his concern. He came across this old folk song, here rendered by Steeleye Span, which in many ways covers off the concerns of so many:-
It is the classic Fighting for Strangers and that is in many ways just what is the case in this war. Unappreciative strangers as far as many are concerned.
