Blue Cod, ginger, soy & steam = perfection


Tonight one of Adam’s favourite fish. Blue Cod fillets, steamed Chinese style with fresh ginger, some soy. Ah bliss!

Our natural resource makes us truly blessed.

    Have you tried chicken legs with liquid honey, fresh ginger and soya sauce cooked in the oven with the dish covered with aluminium foil – delicious!
