Weight loss progress

June 19, 2013

As Adam mentioned a few days ago he needs to lose weight. As of this morning the loss is some 11 kgs.

The use of MyFitnessPal is proving invaluable.

Still many, many kgs to go, but a satisfactory start on a long journey.

    Just one more wonderful entry! This is a great word of advice regarding weight loss: One way to easily improve your diet is to substitute low-quality food with more nutritious alternatives. Read your favorite recipe with a lot of fat and see if you can change it to be healthier. Rather than butter, try using a vegetable oil spread. And plain, fat-free yogurts make a nice alternative to sour cream. You don’t need to give up your favorite foods, just change them.
