BBQ Lamb

A photo of the butterflied leg of lamb Adam cooked this evening on the Weber Q. Meat was from the Mad Butcher, their special last week, rubbed with a mixture of capers, parsley, lime juice, pepper and lemon rind. Then cooked on the roast setting for around 35 minutes and then rested for around 10 minutes. Adam reckons it was bloody fantastic.
