DomPost editorial follows Adam’s recommendation – albeit 2 months late
As the old saying has it ‘Better late than never.’
So it is with The DomPost which rather belatedly has come to the conclusion Adam expressed succinctly 2 months ago in respect of the poor excuse for a human being, Len Brown, who was
labelled a cheat and a liar, a fornicator and a deceitful sleaze-merchant. A grubby, two-timing, duplicitous philanderer who had lost all credibility, trust and respect.
The ‘man’ masquerading as Mayor of Auckland should now resign according to the editorial today in The DomPost, as the editorial writer concluded:
‘You have sat too long for any good you have been doing,” Oliver Cromwell famously told the Rump Parliament in 1653. ”Depart, I say; and let us have done with you. In the name of God, go!”
Mr Brown should heed the sentiment. He has broken the rules, lowered standards and lost the respect of the people he represents and the people he is required to deal with as mayor of the country’s largest city. He should resign.
Adam said this precisely on 22 October 2013. Come on DomPost catch up more quickly next time.
