NY Times – The Daily (a podcast): Why Didn’t Mueller Decide on Obstruction? (Plus some contextual thoughts from Adam)

This has allowed William Barr, a political appointee by Trump who has previously written that he thought the Mueller Probe was not justified to step in.

Trump has exulted in the result, yet he repeatedly attacked Mueller and his team, why?
