Labour’s primary message resonates with very many people.flagship policy is in tatters after a year of missed targets, an employment relations case, and repeated embarrassment. Yet it remains popular with the public.

But does it remain popular? Possibly from a conceptual viewpoint as the message is a compelling one. As we shall see, the policy has been about aspiration and not about delivery.

Yet according to PM Ardern this is ‘The Year Of Delivery’

It would seem that in respect to KiwiBuild the answer is – Not

Though some suggest the Year of Delivery is now The Year Of Aspiration.

Here we will leave it for today, a taster but not the meal
