Govt introduces law to make Internet filtering compulsory

The above is a reference to a recent post by David Farrar.

In the post he draws attention to a very concerning provision, which would if implemented effectively allow the government to control Internet content and to muzzle freedom of expression.

This provision is wrong and must be rejected.

It continues a worrying trend by this regime to control and limit freedom of expression.

Do not rely on the media to fight this, nor the Human Rights Commission which is headed by a Corbynite apparatchik.

Is this the precursor to the Great Kiwi Firewall?

Does this regime accept that we are a democracy?

I really do wonder?
