May 12,2021

Congressman Matt Gaetz’s criminal bestie Joel Greenberg has a deadline of this Saturday to tell the court if he’s going to accept a plea deal and (presumably) become a cooperating witness in the criminal investigation into Gaetz. Federal investigators are now seeking to interview Congressman Matt Gaetz former girlfriend who was also a Capitol Hill intern. With Greenberg facing 33 federal felony charges, it may not be an easy decision for prosecutors whether to bring him on board as a cooperating/testifying witness. This video discusses the factors that go into a prosecutor’s decision whether to use a defendant as a cooperating/testifying witness. Plus a short, personal tribute to the late Metropolitan Police Department Homicide Detective extraordinaire Lorren Leadmon. Rest in peace, my friend.
