For some excellent present day jazz performances take a look at the recent uploads (over the past year) on the epiphonatic channel. How musicians playing remotely can achieve such excellence I really don’t understand, but just listen. The recently uploaded Big Bear Stomp by the West Coast Strutters for example is just amazing- as are all of the tunes
