Sloppy Journalism #61: More Newshub dreck masquerading as Public Interest Journalism

Unsurprisingly Newshub turns up again in this series.

I came across this piece of Newshub dreck just now

This so called article from Newshub quotes Māori activist Margaret Mutu. It offers no substantiation of the claims. Then we find the article was financed by the Labour Government’s PIJF, which as we know requires media to parrot the government propaganda on Māori matters.

So I just no credence be placed in this article, nor in any other item from NewsHub unless properly sourced and fact checked.
