Hipkins is the master of non delivery and seemingly believes that just making the announcement is the achievement. He trumpets the dental policy, yet mobile dental clinics were funded in earlier years, when he was Health Minister, but have yet to happen. Why? What happened to the money?

Incredible so little has been achieved on mobile dental clinics. The policy had them beginning with funding in Budget 2021.
