Glenn Kirschner: DOJ mulls over appointing a special counsel to investigate Trump’s crimes. Why it’s a bad idea

Recent reporting reveals that internal discussions are taking place at the Department of Justice regarding whether Attorney General Merrick Garland should appoint a special counsel to take over the investigation into the many crimes of former president Donald Trump. This video discusses the reasons that appointing a special counsel this late in the game would actually do more harm that good.
