‘Kiwi “system” is broken’
Time to bring the much vaunted laser like focus to bear on all costs and programmes. Clearly something is very wrong. As a start let’s cut all hires within the last six months unless there is a quantifiable benefit and an equivalent cut is made from earlier hires. Also cuts must be from the top down, we need to look especially hard at managers and also at nonsense like DEI and the ilk hires.
