John Rogers: Walking the Essex Coast from Frinton-on-Sea to Walton-on-the-Naze
In the 1950s we had our family holiday each year, for several years at Walton-on-the-Naze, this brought back many memories. Frinton was seen as posh to my family.
Interesting videos about London, and elsewhere, from London-based film-maker and writer John Rogers, author of This Other London – adventures in the overlooked city http://bit.ly/1tQS301

A great Essex coastal walk from Frinton-on-Sea to Walton-on-the-Naze
The walk starts at Frinton-on-Sea Station then goes down Connaught Avenue, stopping at Young’s Fish and Chip Shop for lunch. We then walked along the esplanade beside the North Sea to Walton Pier and continued along the seafront to Naze Tower. Here we turned and walked back to Walton-on-the-Naze via the cliff road to the station.
